Job Description Position Overview The Project Management Specialist will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within Gotion’s battery manufacturing operations. This position involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and deliverables for EV battery manufacturing projects. Coordinate project tasks and activities with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful project completion. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items. Assist in resource allocation and budget management to meet project objectives. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to project managers and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all company standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Familiarity with battery manufacturing or EV technology is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.). Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus. The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $70,000 –$90,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location.
