Job Summary

This role is responsible for integrating and managing assembly-related schedules to support the successful execution of technical and process changes for new projects. The position serves as the central interface for timeline coordination, ensuring data accuracy, cross-functional alignment, and early identification of conflicts across installation and commissioning activities through structured planning and stakeholder collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and align all assembly-related milestones to avoid scheduling conflicts impacting technical changes, installation, or commissioning
  • Own and maintain fully up-to-date and accurate assembly timelines within C-Place
  • Collaborate closely with responsible planners to ensure sufficient planning detail for proactive conflict identification and mitigation
  • Plan, facilitate, and lead cross-functional deep-dive workshops to validate schedule inputs, resolve timing discrepancies, and drive alignment
  • Support the development and harmonization of detailed stakeholder schedules, integrating them into the C-Place master plan
  • Enable detailed coordination and installation sequencing using tools such as Excel, MS Project, or equivalent
  • Coordinate and align Lift Assistant activities to ensure synchronization with overall assembly timelines and installation plans


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in project, program, or production planning within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong understanding of milestone-based planning, installation sequencing, and commissioning processes
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, identify risks, and resolve conflicts across cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with planning and scheduling tools, including master planning systems, Excel, and MS Project
  • Strong communication, coordination, and workshop facilitation skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial project environments
  • Prior ownership or advanced use of C-Place or comparable master planning tools
  • Background in technical or process change implementation
  • High attention to detail combined with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
