Job Summary:

The PM/Estimating Intern will play a key role in supporting the Project Management and Estimating teams in various aspects of roadway construction projects.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both project management and estimating, offering exposure to the entire project lifecycle.

    Assist Project Managers in coordinating and monitoring construction projects.
  • Focused.
    Help maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.

    Work closely with the Estimating team to prepare accurate and competitive bid proposals.
  • Measurement.
    Assist in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and subcontractor/vendor bid solicitations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project estimates and budgets.
  • Research and gather relevant data for estimating purposes.
  • Innovation.
    Analyze project data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize software tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Communicate.
    Foster effective communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
    Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements, Education and Experience:

1.
Excellent Attendance and Punctuality.
The program is scheduled to run ten weeks, Monday, June 3, 2024, through Friday, August 9, 2024.
We may customize the dates according to your and/or your school’s schedule.
You will be responsible for tracking your time using an automated company timecard.


2.
You are responsible for your own housing and reliable transportation.


3.
Strict adherence to all safety protocol, OSHA safety rules and regulations required.


4.
Current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a 3.
0 or higher GPA

Pursuing a relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.


5.
