This role is responsible for planning, budgeting, execution, and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from bidding through closeout, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Review scopes, take-offs, and proposals to ensure accuracy and profitability
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Serve as the main point of contact for contractors and stakeholders
- Manage contracts, change orders, billing, and job costs
- Approve invoices and assist with contract collection
- Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and reports
- Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality and budget standards are met
- Perform cost-benefit analyses of current and prospective clients
- Support sales efforts and help secure new business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for future opportunities
- Lead team members to meet productivity, quality, and company goals
Project Manager Requirements:
- Project management experience in construction and/or demolition
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Strong budgeting, cost control, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of contracts, change orders, and project financials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
