In this role, you’ll lead the execution of end-to-end creative projects across campaigns, packaging, social content, e-commerce, and in-store activations. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, copy, product development, social, and digital to ensure brand-defining creative work is delivered flawlessly, on time, and on budget.You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment where beauty meets innovation, bringing both structure and inspiration to every creative endeavor.Key Responsibilities:Lead Cross-Functional Creative Projects: Manage 360° campaign development, seasonal product launches, and marketing initiatives from concept through execution across all channels—digital, print, retail, influencer, and social media.Timeline & Milestone Management: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, creative briefs, and approval workflows. Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.Creative & Brand Alignment: Ensure all creative assets align with brand aesthetics, voice, and product positioning while meeting business and marketing objectives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between the creative team and internal departments including marketing, product development, packaging, digital, and PR. Communicate progress, feedback, and needs clearly and efficiently.Process Optimization: Drive operational improvements in creative workflows. Identify tools or practices that improve efficiency without sacrificing creativity or quality.Quality Assurance: Oversee the review process for all creative assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before final delivery.Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including external vendor costs, talent fees, and production expenses. Monitor spending and flag any discrepancies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in the beauty, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle space.Deep understanding of creative production in the beauty industry—photoshoots, packaging design, product campaigns, influencer content, and digital/social deliverables.Demonstrated experience developing and iterating on systems and processes to drive creative efficiency and productivity Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Adept in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, , Wrike).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.Effective budgeting and long-term roadmap planning capabilitiesUnderstanding of fast product cycles, beauty trends, and seasonal launch calendars.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remaining calm under pressure.Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Figma, or social media content workflows.Nice to Have:Experience working with beauty influencers, creators, and UGC content.Knowledge of beauty retail environments (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, DTC).Exposure to international product launches or global creative localization.Why Join Dieux?At Dieux, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of a growing brand in a highly dynamic market.
