Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our demolition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete oversight of projects from initiation through to completion, with a strong emphasis on safety, budget adherence, and understanding contract specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.

• Manage all project resources, both human and material.

• Serve as the primary point of communication for clients and internal team members.

• Lead and motivate crews on-site through clear and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction industry supervision is required.

• Experience in the demolition and environmental industry is preferred but not required.

• Must hold a current OSHA 30 certification.
