The position can be performed remotely from the UK or Belgium.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the global Medical Affairs launch activities for a priority oncology program.Drive project execution, ensuring delivery against key milestones, budgets, and timelines.Manage cross-functional planning, governance, RAID tracking, and stakeholder engagement.Collaborate closely with senior medical, regulatory, and commercial leaders to align global objectives.Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.Required Skills & Experience6-12+ years’ experience in Medical Affairs project management, ideally with strong Oncology exposure.Proven track record of managing complex, global programs and engaging confidently with senior leadership.Excellent organisational, communication, and influencing skills.Strong understanding of launch operations and cross-functional alignment within a global matrix.Fluent English requiredThis is a unique opportunity to play a central role in the global launch of an innovative oncology therapy within a world-leading pharmaceutical organisation.Apply now to learn more.
