Seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a background in civil engineering and highway design. This full-time role involves managing MDOT and related infrastructure projects from planning through final design.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage highway engineering projects from start to finish
Lead teams and coordinate design efforts
Develop project criteria, schedules, and budgets
Maintain and build client relationships
Conduct site visits and attend meetings as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
PE License required
8+ years of highway design experience, including MDOT projects
5+ years of project management experience
Willingness to travel and attend industry events
