We are committed to excellence, innovation, and the professional growth of our team members.Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team and support our cold storage, food and beverage manufacturing, and other industrial refrigeration customers. This role offers significant opportunities for growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee all aspects of project implementation.Purchase materials and manage subcontractors, including deliveries.Conduct project meetings with Field Supervisors, Shop Foreman, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Customers, and others.Maintain project schedules and costs through effective communication and oversight.Resolve schedule, design, and code issues.Coordinate start-up/commissioning with our Service Department, Suppliers, and Customers.Participate in team efforts to achieve company goals, including productivity and safety.Lead by example and share knowledge with team members.Requirements/QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of project leadership experience in construction or a related field.Strong knowledge of construction trades, methods, standards, codes, and equipment.Willingness to work in various environments, including project site visits.Preferred CharacteristicsThrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Works effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.Strong interpersonal skills, including phone and email communication.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.What We OfferCompetitive pay and benefits, including 100% company coverage of employee/family health premiums, vacation time, and a retirement plan with profit sharing.Opportunities for professional growth, including training in industrial refrigeration.A supportive and collaborative work culture.Why Join Us?At Mullally Brothers, Inc., we value dedication, knowledge, and a commitment to excellence.
