About the Team The Operations team at Cyberhawk is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality inspection projects across the US. Within this team, Project Managers act as leaders accountable for project outcomes. They coordinate across Planning, Ops Managers, Data Delivery, Safety and Field staff to ensure client requirements are met on time, on budget and to Cyberhawk's exacting standards. About the Role As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of your assigned inspection projects within the Operations team. This includes oversight of scope, budgets, schedules, and client communications. You will serve as the primary interface with clients during execution, while also providing leadership internally to ensure resources, workflows, and data align with project objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, client-facing presence, and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously. Act as the main client contact during project execution, providing proactive updates and building trusted relationships. Create client specific RAMS and other documentation required to ensure safe, efficient operations. Coordinate across the other facets of the US Operations team – Ops Managers, Planning, Data and Safety – to ensure field execution aligns with project plans. Maintain accountability for data workflows, including upload, quality control, and delivery timelines. Monitor KPIs (budget, asset counts, incident rates, GM) and provide regular reports to leadership. Identify project risks, create mitigation strategies, and escalating issues where required. Drive operational excellence by leading post-project reviews and embedding lessons learned. Support the Director of Operations in scaling strategies and ensuring margin targets are achieved. Provide mentorship and guidance to Operations staff involved in project delivery. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in utilities, energy, or technical services. Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and client deliverables. Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large projects concurrently. Experience leading cross-functional coordination between multiple teams. Bonus Experience Background in drone operations, industrial inspections, or utility projects. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Experience with scaling programs or managing multi-regional delivery. Additional Details Eligibility to live and work in the U.S. with high fluency in English. Be able to access the Golden, CO office on a regular basis and when required. Estimated 35% travel to project and/or client sites as projects demand.
