Job Title: Project Manager - Plumbing & Mechanical

Their team works collaboratively to ensure project success while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily project operations, ensuring clear communication and responsibility among team members and stakeholders.
  • Administer the review and processing of submittal data and shop drawings to meet project schedules and material delivery timelines.
  • Conduct Pre-Construction Start-Up Meetings with the Project Manager, Field Staff, and Operations Director.
  • Maintain accurate and updated “as-built” drawings reflecting all project changes, clarifications, and directives.
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, meeting minutes, and close-out documents, ensuring timely distribution and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transportation.
  • Strong teamwork orientation and effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CAD software.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
