Required Qualifications & Experience
Technical & Project Management Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management with a focus on web & mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET (MVC, Web API, .NET Core), C#, SQL Server, Angular, JavaScript/jQuery.
- Experience with Visual Studio 2019+, Entity Framework 6+, SQL Server 2012+, Windows Server 2008+, and JSON.
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, deployment strategies, and remote desktop management.
- Knowledge of Thinktecture Identity Server, SharePoint 2013, and ElasticSearch (preferred).
- Familiarity with Illinois workNet, IWDS2.0, WIOA workforce development reporting systems (preferred).
- Soft Skills & Collaboration Tools
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), project planning, risk management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Google Docs, Miro, Balsamiq, Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Testing & Quality Control
- Experience with ASP.NET Unit Test Projects, debugging, and deployment best practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems (SharePoint 2013), testing tools, and documentation processes.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM Certification (preferred).
Experience managing projects in workforce development reporting, state or government agencies.
Experience working with Illinois workNet, IWDS2.0, or WIOA reporting systems.
