We’re hiring an Industrial Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead and estimate complex industrial projects involving mechanical, piping, and structural scopes. This role blends detailed estimating with hands-on project leadership from preconstruction through closeout.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate estimates for mechanical, piping, and structural industrial projects
• Manage projects from preconstruction through execution and closeout
• Coordinate with field superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors
• Use 3D scan data, CAD models, and project controls to define scopes and budgets
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance on industrial worksites

Requirements

• Experience in industrial construction project management and estimating
• Strong understanding of mechanical, piping, or structural systems
• Ability to read drawings, models, and technical documentation
• Organized, detail-oriented, and field-capable leadership style
