Project Deliverables:
The consultant will
(1) Review current ERP Systems and functionality
(2) Perform Division Process Improvement Assessment
(3) Recommend process improvements and streamlining
(4) identify and recommend ERP system(s) for the Divisions
(5) Ensure ERP systems are fully integrated
(6) to serve as the Project Manager and be the primary point-of-contact on behalf of BC, develop and coordinate project plan, and issue RFP's for ERP vendors, if needed (or) negotiate best price for software solution with Administration
(7) Implement the transition to the selected ERP system vendor(s) and communication plan to users
(8) to act as liaison between the system integration service vendors
(9) Ensure full functionality of chosen ERP system.
