Project ManagerOur client is looking for a strong Project Manager with a strong field ironworker background to support structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects. This role requires hands-on construction experience combined with technical coordination and project documentation skills.Project Manager Salary and Benefits:Base salary of $125 - 160k - can be higher based on experienceAnnual bonusMedical, dental and visionHybrid work schedule with 2-3 days onsiteCompany vehicleProject Manager Responsibilities:Oversee structural steel construction and other miscellaneous metal projectsCoordinate between field crews, detailing, and project managementReview shop drawings and contract documents for constructabilityManage RFIs, submittals, and field documentationTrack material deliveries and installation progressMaintain project records using Procore and BluebeamAssist with schedules, quantities, and production trackingSupport foremen and superintendents with layout and field needsProject Manager Qualifications:5+ years experience as a Field Ironworker (structural steel / misc metals strongly preferred)Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft ExcelHands-on experience as an ironworkerComfortable working on iPad and construction technology platformsAbility to read and interpret Design drawings, Shop drawings and Project specificationsSolid understanding of Steel erection sequencing, Field coordination and RFIs, submittals, and as-built documentationStrong communication skills between field crews, GC, and project management
