JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Lead at iSoftTek Solutions Inc, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Additionally, you will lead a team of developers and administrators to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet their specific needs
  • Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  • Manage and lead a team of developers and administrators, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Create technical design documentation and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainable code
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, and recommend their adoption to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment on business objectives

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce developer or consultant
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components development
  • Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation projects
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
