PROJECT DELIVERABLES:

The consultant will be responsible for supporting AGO through the CMS implementation, for example:

finalizing project scope (i.e., number of users/ programs to include; how to structure use and functionality across employees of multiple agencies; whether and how to incorporate document management across users);

coordinating AGO feedback, testing, and plan for administration of system among users;

identifying common legal and business needs across the AGO's six divisions and in programs involving non-state employees to help determine how they should be integrated with the CMS;

analyzing and recommending interfaces and functionality across divisions and users;

developing deliverables assigned to AGO for the CMS consultant and successful completion of deliverables.
