About Us: We are the proud owners of two dynamic and growing companies: Nordicraft Construction & Roofing and Handyman Connection of Eden Prairie. We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated individual to be a key player in the success of both businesses.

The Role: This is a truly unique opportunity for a driven and independent professional. This position goes beyond traditional sales and is designed for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations and growth of our companies. You will be responsible for managing a sales pipeline, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the owner in a variety of capacities. This is a very independent role, and success will be a direct result of your initiative and dedication.

Key Sales Responsibilities:


  • Conduct in-home sales consultations for roofing and exterior projects for both companies.

  • Manage and attend pre-set appointments with potential clients.

  • Proactively set new appointments by making calls from provided customer lists.

  • Engage in door-to-door sales in neighborhoods where we have a strong reputation.

  • Follow up on appointments from other sales team members to help close deals.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Clearly and effectively communicate project details, pricing, and timelines to customers.


Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

  • A reliable vehicle is required for travel to appointments and job sites.

  • Be highly organized and able to work with a sense of urgency.

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Possess a high degree of creativity and problem-solving skills.

  • Well-versed in technology, including Facebook, Excel, Google Sheets, and Outlook calendars.

  • Hands on construction experience is a bonus
