Description:
The ideal candidate for a Project Manager will have a proven track record in the areas of design, implementation, monitoring, and communication of operational plans for completing a project, use of precision test equipment, as well as assembling, calibrating, and troubleshooting electrical control systems.

- Company liaison between company and customer
- Responsible for the project from beginning to end in terms of coordinating design reviews, proper documents are turned in, meetings moving the ball forward.
- See the equipment through factory acceptance testing for their project test cell, follow it to the field to commission it, commissioning with software team member
- Onsite customer facing individual to manage the software person on track
- Status updates to the customer
Day to Day:
- Performs engineering design evaluations and communicate project scheduling restraints.
- Reviews industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems.
- Provides technical support for the engineering process to the sales team and customers as needed.
- Work with customers to commission, troubleshoot, and test control systems for equipment in the field.
- Monitors progress and performance against the project plan. Takes action to resolve operational problems, and minimize delays. Identifies, develops, and gathers resources necessary to complete the project.
- Develop customer documentation including technical specifications, battery specifications, customer requirements matrix, SOO, etc.
- Vendor research, procure parts as necessary, works with vendors and supports test and assembly
- Strong working knowledge of control systems on 3 phase electrical controls, instrumentation, data communications, and electrical wiring practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Experience in risk management, data management and reporting, Microsoft Office suite, Project Management, processes knowledge, and business acumen.
- Travel required up to 50%
- EE degree- should be able to pick up AC/High Voltage
- Best person- an electrical engineer that can do customer facing
