To strengthen our team, our projects, and the communities we serve, we are looking to add a Project Manager/ Project Architect to our studio. Our structure and approach are centered on a deep culture of care – a team-mentality where we build one another up, have each other’s backs, foster continuous learning, and deliver fantastic projects. We’re searching for someone who wants to be a part of and add to this.
In this role, you’ll lead the project’s development from early conversations through completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and our team to ensure every decision supports the bigger picture.
Due to our workflows and the varying scale of projects, the balance between Project Manager and Project Architect responsibilities will shift. In some cases, Project Management may be the primary focus, while in others the responsibilities may be more evenly shared. Regardless of the distribution, you will have full support from the team to succeed in either—or both—roles.
Being a combined Project Manager and Project Architect role, a wide array of strengths are desired and summarized below:
Project Management Responsibilities
Participate in proposal efforts
Serve as the single point of contact for clients
Lead the project’s schedule and workflow
Participate in internal team scheduling
Manage the project’s internal budget
Lead coordination across disciplines
Provide proactive updates to clients
Build long-term relationships
Mentorship to the project team
Project Architect Responsibilities

Lead code and zoning reviews
Lead product research and specifications development
Lead the team’s development of drawings
Provide consistent work and mentorship to project team
Provide technical leadership that strengthens the original design intent
Coordinate design development with all disciplines
Lead construction administration activities
Above all, our studio’s approach is one that is successful only when we are all able to play to our strengths, bring our full selves to our work, foster clear and respectful communication, take ownership, stay proactive, continue to grow, and have pride in everything we do.
