To strengthen our team, our projects, and the communities we serve, we are looking to add a Project Manager/ Project Architect to our studio. Our structure and approach are centered on a deep culture of care – a team-mentality where we build one another up, have each other’s backs, foster continuous learning, and deliver fantastic projects. We’re searching for someone who wants to be a part of and add to this. In this role, you’ll lead the project’s development from early conversations through completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and our team to ensure every decision supports the bigger picture. Due to our workflows and the varying scale of projects, the balance between Project Manager and Project Architect responsibilities will shift. In some cases, Project Management may be the primary focus, while in others the responsibilities may be more evenly shared. Regardless of the distribution, you will have full support from the team to succeed in either—or both—roles. Being a combined Project Manager and Project Architect role, a wide array of strengths are desired and summarized below: Project Management Responsibilities Participate in proposal efforts Serve as the single point of contact for clients Lead the project’s schedule and workflow Participate in internal team scheduling Manage the project’s internal budget Lead coordination across disciplines Provide proactive updates to clients Build long-term relationships Mentorship to the project team Project Architect Responsibilities Participate, with the team, in programming efforts Lead code and zoning reviews Lead product research and specifications development Lead the team’s development of drawings Provide consistent work and mentorship to project team Provide technical leadership that strengthens the original design intent Coordinate design development with all disciplines Lead construction administration activities Above all, our studio’s approach is one that is successful only when we are all able to play to our strengths, bring our full selves to our work, foster clear and respectful communication, take ownership, stay proactive, continue to grow, and have pride in everything we do.
