Project Manager Assistant:
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Assist the project managers with paperwork process for all current and upcoming projects.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
- Attend company master schedule meetings on Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:30am.
- Obtain/track insurance certificates for all subcontractors prior to starting a project.
- Create project contact list for all new projects.
- Request submittals from subcontractors, send to the PM for review once approved, process and send to the architect/design team, return to subcontractors as needed.
- Process and distribute project RFIs to the design team and subcontractors.
- Maintain submittal and RFI logs for project OAC meetings.
- Compile all closeout documents from subcontractors.
- Create projects in field wire and update drawings and information as needed to support the site superintendent.
- Assume additional tasks as directed by upper management.
Reports directly to the project manager associated with each project.
