Outreach Roofing and Restoration, a leading company in the roofing and construction industry based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of roofing and construction processes, alongside proven project management expertise. Fluency in English and Spanish is considered a significant asset for this role, aiming to enhance our team's ability to communicate with a diverse client base and crew members.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination and Oversight: Manage roofing and restoration projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases are executed within budget, scope, and time constraints.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets or exceeds the company's quality standards and client expectations, conducting regular site inspections and coordinating necessary adjustments.
- Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead, supervise, and coordinate project teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
- Budget Management: Oversee project financials, including budgeting, billing, and procurement of materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial integrity.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, applying innovative solutions to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating tasks and milestones to ensure timely project completion.
- Bilingual Communication (Preferred): Utilize bilingual skills to enhance communication with clients and team members, fostering an inclusive and efficient work environment.

- Roofing and Construction Expertise: Demonstrable knowledge and experience in roofing and construction management.

- Financial Acumen: Competency in managing budgets, costs, and financial aspects of construction projects.

Compensation:
Project Management Fee: $300 for managing a project that includes roofs/gutters.
Additional Trade Fee: $100 for managing any extra trade involved in a project.
Supervision Fee: $200 for supervising work being done, plus an additional $100 if supervision extends beyond 2 days.
