Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide management support for transitioning a custom EMS registry to a SaaS solution. The ideal candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, maintain project schedules, and manage budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of project management, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
- Develop and monitor project plans, including action items and milestones.
- Manage risks and issues proactively, utilizing a RAID+ Log for tracking.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of relevant Project Management experience.
- PMP certification for at least 5 years through PMI Institute.
- Experience in implementing SaaS solutions.
- Strong background in Public Health, specifically Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
