InfraHire is looking for Project Manager & Detailer - Prehung Door Systems in Beltsville, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive knowledge of various door vendors, including Allegion and Assa Abloy.
• Detail all projects, including price estimation, error identification in design and specifications, and communication with customers as necessary.
• Estimate material requirements for construction projects, adhering to company policies and local building codes.
• Support customers by assessing current door conditions, identifying deficiencies, and creating corrective action plans to address code compliance issues.
• Assist operations with estimating and pricing for commercial doors, frames, and hardware as needed.
• Manage all take-offs related to commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
• Provide expertise and support to the sales team and customers during the estimating and procurement stages of projects.
• Guide and assist the team in blueprint reading, interpreting specifications, and following construction procedures.
• Evaluate material usage against estimates upon project completion to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting is preferred.
• 5+ years of specialized experience in the door, frames, and hardware industry.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing objectives with minimal supervision.
• Self-driven, with a demonstrated ability to deliver accurate and timely outcomes.
