Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and management of cable and telecom infrastructure upgrade projects, with a focus on voice and broadband systems.
- Manage complex projects related to system integration and Clarity tool upgrades.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills in guiding teams through project phases.
- Use influencing and persuading skills to encourage teams to adopt improvements and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex technology projects.
Primary Skills/Experience:
- Extensive experience in project management within cable and telecom infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and the ability to handle high-impact projects in integration and tool upgrades.
Secondary Skills/Experience:
- In-depth experience with Jira, Confluence, workflow management, and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project tools and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent team collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively.
