ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of engineering and construction activities on-site for a high-profile project in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will lead the project team, manage the daily operations, and ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with the highest standards of safety and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all engineering and construction activities on-site.
• Manage project staffing and scheduling to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Lead progress meetings to monitor project milestones and address any issues.
• Track and control actual costs against the project budget to ensure financial accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing remedial construction projects
• Expertise in the following areas:
  • In-Situ Solidification/Stabilization
  • Site Remediation
  • Demolition of Surface and Subsurface Structures
  • Dredging Operations
  • Impacted Soil/Material Transportation and Disposal
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
