We are seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the overall construction-management project.
Responsibilities:
include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle
- Budget and schedule management
- Provide jobsite leadership in the areas of safety and quality
- Maintain good working relationships with owners, design team, and construction team
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, scheduling and organizational skills
- Proven project experience from planning through project completion
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office, Blue Beam / BIM (preferred)
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
