We have opportunities for you. Collins is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to play a key role on our Chesterton, Indiana team. This role involves working on various design projects including bridge, waterfront, roadway, and temporary works projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in bridge & structural design and project management, with a preference for managing INDOT bridge design projects. Responsibilities include managing projects, consulting with clients and government agencies, and leading teams. This position offers career growth opportunities with a progressive industry leader. Typical Duties And Responsibilities Perform engineering computations involving conventional practices. Prepare engineering plans or reports. Use computer-assisted design software to develop documents. Participate in technical societies. Manage engineering projects in accordance with plans and specifications. Collaborate directly with clients. Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion. Monitor project budgets and ensure accurate billing. Assist in proposals, project scoping, and planning. Attend meetings outside of regular hours as needed. Supervise entry-level engineers, technicians, and staff. Prioritize safety and ensure staff receive safety training. *Relocation assistance available.
