Job Description
  • Maintain daily log for the job sites operations, and report to management
  • Make changes in operations as necessary to meet deadlines
  • Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques
  • Create and coordinate schedules
  • Direct and evaluate site
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Effective leadership: Motivation, goal setting and conflict resolution
  • Communication: Reading, writing, speaking, and listening
  • Planning: Design execution, resource allocation and contingencies
  • Equipment: Safe operating and maintenance
  • Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices
  • Local, state, and federal construction regulations
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
  • Organization: Time management, delegation, and prioritization
