L&R Enterprises, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Project Manager possessing a construction-related background. The applicant must have strong organizational skills, be proficient in written and oral communications, ability to work in team environments, read construction plans, specifications and shop drawings and the ability to work in office and field environments. Effective management of various project details to include review of construction documents, contracts, changes, schedules, costs and managing details, processing submittals, reviewing requests for information and samples, and ensuring that all vested parties are apprised of all changes.

Responsibilities: The Project Manager will lead the project team at all levels. Will be in charge of overseeing daily
management of construction projects from start to finish. Will work directly with General Contractors/Owners on
daily tasks and duties required for the project. At least five (5) years of project management experience with the
following tasks as a minimum and as required:

Key Role
• Planning, budgeting, and identifying resources needed.
• Ensure projects are being executed within budget
• Work with project superintendent to ensure that construction activities move according to schedule
• Developing and providing RFIs, Change Orders, and Modifications to GC/Owner
• Project accounting functions, including preparing monthly requisitions for work performed
• Ability to provide preconstruction services to our clients

Qualifications
• Must possess leadership skills
• Five (5) years of project management experience (Flooring experience preferred)
• Knowledge of construction management, commercial building process, financial acumen
• BA/BS degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred.
• Technical expertise in preparing construction documents, negotiation of contracts and budgeting
• Ability to plan and organize
• Good client management ability
• Read and understand construction plans and specifications (preferred)
• Familiarity with Construction Practices
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and integrate into day to day tasks
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Intermediate or Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and ability to quickly master
new construction industry software packages, such as Procore, Plangrid, BIMS 360 and RFMS
