Title: Project Manager - Concrete

Locations: Woodland Hills, CA

Salary: $125k to $150k.

Project Manager with experience acting in the role of a Self-perform General Contractor or subcontractor to work on large-scale Concrete projects ranging in value up to $150 Million.

Project Types: Design-Build, Parking Structures, High-Rise Towers, Transportation/Aviation, Office Buildings, Higher Ed, Multi-Family Podiums, Government Buildings, Hospitality, NASA, and Military

Responsible for cost control which entails reviewing weekly budgets for self-performed work with the superintendent

Report on project P&L, issues, events, applications for payment, and schedule

Ability to write scopes for subcontracts and purchase orders

Read and follow plans and specifications at a very detailed level (Self-perform Concrete)

Liaison between the project site, owner/clients, and or the GC

Must have strong understanding of scoping, buyout, cost control, and communication skills

Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related.

Experienced in ground-up New Construction at least a couple of stories tall

Experienced in computerized management software

Fluent in Prolog and Converge a plus
