Conduct site visits and meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Manage change orders, estimates, and project documentation (submittals, samples, safety info). Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and performance growth. Monitor project costs, prepare billing forecasts, and work with finance to adjust budgets. Ensure timely project closeout, including punch list completion and warranty documentation. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and construction management software. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to job sites.
