The Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee multiple projects featuring mainly architectural and structural products, plus the occasional stadium work and parking structures. You’ll collaborate with customers, engineers, plant operations, and subcontractors to ensure our projects are delivered within strict technical and scheduling compliance.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from drawing to production, interacting with consulting engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance within customers’ specifications.
• Develop and maintain internal production schedules.
• Coordinate production meetings to communicate product requirements and scheduling.
• Requisition materials, issue shop drawings, oversee formwork design, to keep projects on track.
• Monitor production efficiency, troubleshoot issues, propose and help implement cost-saving methods.
• Facilitate occasional drafting as needed.

Project Manager Background:

• 3+ years of experience in project management within precast/prestressed concrete manufacturing or construction is required.
• A strong understanding of architectural drawings, and precast concrete production methods.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience drawing in AutoCAD preferred, and work with CPM scheduling a plus.
