We are an established Commercial General Contractor based in Warrenton, VA, specializing in the construction of churches, pre-engineered metal buildings, warehouses, and other light commercial projects throughout Virginia and Maryland. Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, and a team player with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects. Experience with estimating is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and client communication

• Lead project meetings, site visits, and progress reviews

• Work closely with superintendents, clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Assist with pre-construction planning and estimating as needed

• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects

• Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings, religious facilities, and/or warehouse projects preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Estimating experience is a strong plus

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
