What you’ll own

You’ll be the dedicated PM driving a telehealth-enabled hospital-at-home initiative, launching a pilot while building the strategic growth plan.

Required experience

• 5+ years PM experience delivering technology initiatives end-to-end.
• Healthcare IT background (provider/hospital environment strongly preferred).
• Track record of driving cross-functional execution under deadlines (not just reporting).
• Strong stakeholder management—able to push decisions and enforce accountability.
• Comfortable in ambiguity; builds structure fast.

Preferred

• Telehealth, remote patient monitoring, virtual care, command center, or hospital-at-home experience.
• Experience coordinating with governance/board timelines and funding/grants-related stakeholders.
