Project Manager, Corporate Accounts

Job Purpose / Overview The Project Manager, Corporate Accounts is responsible for the structured planning, coordination, and execution of Corporate Accounts (CA) initiatives that support our large‑scale veterinary partners. The role translates strategic corporate account plans into clear project roadmaps and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are executed flawlessly, on time, and within scope. Responsibilities Project Planning, Execution & Corporate Onboarding – Lead onboarding processes, manage key initiatives for major corporate accounts, direct end‑to‑end cross‑functional project workstreams, organize RFP/RFI submissions, develop detailed project sub‑plans, and support commercial and operational rollouts. Field Sales & Account Infrastructure Support – Build and maintain resources to scale support for the Corporate Accounts field team, manage key internal databases and tools, and coordinate field communications. Strategic Meeting Facilitation & Events Coordination – Lead regular project status meetings, support strategic client events such as QBRs and trade shows, and handle logistics and follow‑ups. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Resource Management – Build relationships across departments, manage resource allocation, supervise project personnel, and coordinate external partners to ensure flawless delivery. Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement – Draft stakeholder reports, manage change requests, and continuously improve cross‑functional processes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Science, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional project management or related experience focusing on commercial operations, client services, corporate account management, or B2B implementation. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple workstreams, set milestones, and meet tight deadlines. Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with high‑level corporate stakeholders and senior executives. Stakeholder Management: Experience in matrixed organizations, managing indirect resources, and coordinating external vendors or partners. Tools: High proficiency in project management software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience in veterinary, animal health, pharmaceutical, or healthcare diagnostics; PMP or CAPM certification; customer‑facing experience supporting high‑value strategic or national corporate accounts. Travel Requirements Travel: 5% of the time.
