Job Description
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of roofing and exterior renovation projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, field leadership, and client communication. While site visits and on-site coordination are essential, we also offer remote flexibility for administrative and planning tasks, making this a hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle from estimate to close-out.
Remote Coordination: Manage scheduling, vendor communication, and client updates from home or office when not required on-site.
Team Oversight: Direct on-site crews and subcontractors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Client Relations: Serve as the main contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor budgets, handle change orders, and track expenses.
Scheduling: Develop and adjust project timelines to meet client and company goals.
Quality & Safety: Ensure safety protocols are followed and quality workmanship is delivered.
You will be required to be mobile and in the field majority of the time.
