Job Title : Business Project Manager
Location : Charlotte, NC(Hybrid)
Job Description:
Day to Day:
- Building data marts, source data, integrate data and report
- Facilitate and drive high-level work and coordination, engaging with executive stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Analyze the consequences and implications of your work, proactively identifying opportunities for change to deliver effective solutions
- Skillfully transform intricate concepts into actionable strategies that align with and advance business objectives
- Drive work and coordination at the executive level
Must Haves:
- 8+ Years of Business and IT Project Management Experience: Demonstrated expertise in both business and IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering technical projects.
- Experience working with stakeholders and c suite executives
- Experience leading Integration work from a technical capacity and has supported technology in the past
- Scaled Agile Experience: Real world experience utilizing Scaled Agile methodologies including scrum
- Jira Experience: For project tracking, issue management, and agile project management
- Financial Banking Experience
- Cultural Fit: A natural self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exhibits an eagerness to learn, possesses strong communication skills, and is personable. To reiterate, we are looking for crystal clear communication skills and has exceptional presentation skills.
