Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable Commercial General Contractor in Central Iowa on their search for a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee all aspects of a building project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality and safety standards.

Job Title: Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for project success, including profitability, safety, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction as well as responsibility for personnel decisions that impact the project. Plans, acquires, reviews, develops and manages the project
• Manages all billings to ensure timely submission of payment applications and collection of payments from the owner in order to maintain a positive cash flow position. Manages the overall payment process and follows all prompt pay laws with the subcontractors.
• Works in office and on-site when needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related is preferred.
• 13+ years project management experience working for reputable General Contractors/Subcontractors.
• Commercial Project Experience
