Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion. This role involves close collaboration with the Construction Manager to ensure seamless coordination and execution of both large-scale and smaller projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and maintaining communication with senior management to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. You will oversee multiple construction crews ranging in size from 5-50+ individuals. The ideal candidate will be able to travel to the job site.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the construction manager to establish project timelines.

• Provide prompt solutions to customer concerns by maintaining close communication with clients.
\n
• Effectively communicate project status to both the construction manager and senior management.
\n
• Prepare weekly progress reports, highlighting any significant deviations from the ideal project status.
\n
• Oversee subcontractors involved in ongoing projects.
\n
• Support subcontractors by providing essential information to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
\n
• Propose suggestions for enhancing project outcomes whenever possible.
\n
• Maintain detailed records of contractor work hours.
\n
• Set performance objectives for each subcontractor and ensure adherence to those goals through effective management.
\n
• Verify that subcontractors possess the appropriate, required certifications.
\n
• Prioritize safety by ensuring project compliance with all OSHA and customer safety regulations.
\n
• Handle any other necessary tasks as required.
\n

• General fab understanding.
