Title: Electrical Construction Project Manager

Location: San Dimas, CA

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Commercial Electrical projects, specifically focused on Tenant Improvement (TI) Electrical Construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing electrical construction projects, from planning through completion, and possess a deep understanding of electrical systems in commercial environments. Only candidates with experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of commercial electrical projects with a focus on Tenant Improvement (TI) construction.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion within budget and scope.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project performance, including cost control, safety, and quality.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any potential issues.
• Provide accurate progress reports and updates to upper management and clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Electrical Construction.
• Extensive experience in Tenant Improvement (TI) Electrical Construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Strong budgeting and cost management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Electrical Engineering degree or relevant certifications.
• Experience with large-scale commercial electrical projects.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry best practices.
