Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Ellensburg, WA. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and successful completion within scope and budget. We have one role on the New Construction side of the business and one focused in Service. Both of these roles require BAS experience in particular.

Qualifications

• Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements
• Familiarity with Building Automation, Energy Management, HVAC Controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Previous experience in managing projects within the Commercial Buildings Systems and Services industry (preferred)
