Job Title: Project Manager Environmental
Primary Location: South Philadelphia Area on site 5 days a week

Position Type: Direct hire
Compensation - $110K to $130K plus bonus and benefits depending on experience

Skills/Qualifications and Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering, environmental science, construction management, or related field.

8 years of experience or more working on environmental remediation and/or construction projects with a background in environmental engineering, regulation, consulting and working on construction projects sites.

Experience managing teams and communicating project requirements and objectives being the day to day contact for environmental issues.

Experience managing contractors and performing construction quality assurance or construction oversight on environmental remediation projects.

Experience and an understanding of environmental regulations and consulting services.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans, including grading, building, and infrastructure plans.

Job Description:

Managing consultants and contractors to ensure redevelopment construction activities occur in compliance with site-specific plans and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for coordinating activities associated with implementation of soil and groundwater management and remediation programs on complex redevelopment projects.

Managing scope, schedule, and budget for environmental professional, waste disposal, and environmental permitting services.

Review of consultant and contractor proposals for environmental professional services, waste disposal services, to support of environmental compliance.

Coordination of field activities for environmental sampling, remediation, and waste disposal tasks to maintain schedule and support project goals.

Technical review of regulatory submittals and review of field documentation.
