Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage industrial projects from inception to completion. This role involves estimating project costs, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects meet quality standards and client specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and estimating within the industrial sector, particularly with experience related to millwright and industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for project proposals.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in the industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of millwright and industrial machinery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and estimating tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
