Job Details Competitive Pay, Great Benefits, Growth Opportunity Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year We are currently looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Why join us? Competitive Pay Great Benefits Growth Potential Responsibilities Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Review and analyze all contractors and subcontractors construction bids, tenders, work orders, and contracts. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Meet contractual conditions of performance. Review the work progress on a daily basis. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field. Proven working experience in construction management for 5+ years. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods. Understanding of all facets of the construction process. Familiarity with construction management software packages. Ability to plan and see the “big picture”. Competent in conflict and crisis management. Excellent time and project management skills. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
