This diverse range of services saves customers time, energy, and cost when evaluating several subcontractors on the same project. Our team works out of a newly built office in Brighton, providing a welcome space that supports teamwork, connection, and day-to-day collaboration. The Project Manager/Estimator Position The Project Manager/Estimator works directly with the Division Manager and leads the project team from conception to completion by preparing cost estimates, handling quantity take-offs and submitting proposals. Upon successful bid, the PM/Estimator handles operations duties including project budgets, scheduling, and procurement. Collaboration with staff is key to ensuring projects are bid accurately and completed according to specifications. The Project Manager/Estimator position offers the opportunity to be both hands-on and collaborative in the implementation of new processes, while living up to Merlos Value Statement of What got us here, wont get us there! Experience, Skills, and Abilities of the Project Manager/Estimator Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field A minimum of 2 years of Construction Estimating or Operations experience is required Specialty subcontractor construction experience is preferred Strong desire to actively contribute to a continuous improvement environment Compensation, Benefit & Structure for the Project Manager/Estimator This full-time position offers a competitive base salary and benefits package, including bonus opportunities, health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, professional development opportunities, and a team-based worked environment.
