The Project Manager/Estimator Position The Project Manager/Estimator works directly with the Division Manager and leads the project team from conception to completion by preparing cost estimates, handling quantity take-offs and submitting proposals. Upon successful bid, the PM/Estimator handles operations duties including project budgets, scheduling, and procurement. Collaboration with staff is key to ensuring projects are bid accurately and completed according to specifications. The Project Manager/Estimator position offers the opportunity to be both hands-on and collaborative in the implementation of new processes, while living up to Merlos Value Statement of What got us here, wont get us there!
