5-10 years general construction experience related to heavy civil, and highway construction.

· Estimating and scheduling of projects with HCSS (Heavy Bid), Primavera, and Microsoft office.

· Assisting management with Project controls set-up including materials, work plan submittals and job cost tracking.

· Must be proficient in reading and understanding technical specifications and plans.

· Understanding of Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Material Testing for a project.

· Knowledge of grade set-up and control using both conventional grade stake checking and Trimble GPS software/hardware.

· Experience with supervision of personnel

· Management of subcontracts and material suppliers.

· College degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
