Project Manager Estimator Apply
The ideal candidate for the Project Manager/Estimator position would have background and experience working in the construction industry, possess strong team-work skills, an excellent ability to multi-task and manage many details at once, be able to communicate professionally and effectively by phone and email with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and architects. The Project Manager/Estimator position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

Estimating work on commercial construction projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specs, and related docs
- Estimate labor, material, and time requirements in order to compute the overall costs per project
- Analyze information
- Develop budgets
- Create vendor relationships
- Create reports
- Document accurately
- Develop and maintain resource information on products, vendors, etc
Job Requirements

Coordinate activities of employees, subcontractors & suppliers for assigned projects
- Ensure deadlines are met and kept within project budget
- Review project scope and develop project schedules
- Host project meetings with owners and subcontractors
- Request, review, and approve submittals
- Solicit bids for materials and subcontractors, manage project RFI's, RFP's, and change orders
- Manage project RFI's, RFP's and change orders
- Review plans and specs for assembling project bids
- Must have great math and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam Revu
- Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
- Ability to lead Commercial and or Industrial construction projects in various phases simultaneously
