Job Summary
A Project Manager, manages all scopes of the job from commencement to completion. The Project Managers report to the Director of Project Management.
- Project Estimate/Acquisition Stage
- Informal Project Kick-Off Meeting Turn over from Estimating to Project Management (Immediately)
- Immediately File Notice of Intent with EPD or obtain copy.
- Perform Project Buy-Out Spreadsheet & send to AP, Coordinate with Estimator
- Generate Project submittals, Send to Owner for Approval
- Write Subcontracts, Send to Senior PM for review. Submit to Owner after review.
- Write Purchase Orders to All Suppliers, Send to Senior PM for review, Submit to Owner after review.
- Generate Project Schedule in Microsoft Project.
- Review Project with Controller & Project Accountant Project Duration, Scope, Heavy Job, Per Diem needs, Billing Cycle, Project Budget, Profit Goals & Project Risks Can be handled during turn over meeting.
