Role Overview:
The Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil construction projects-ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and construction methods to meet production, quality, cost, and safety goals.
- Monitor and direct project teams to ensure progress stays on track and within budget.
- Manage project financials, including monthly profit and loss statements.
- Foster teamwork, transparency, and communication across project teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
- Enforce and monitor all safety policies and regulatory compliance on-site.
- Supervise and mentor field and office project staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related major, or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least one year of construction supervisory experience preferred. Heavy civil construction experience preferred.
- FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) or PE (Professional Engineer) certification is desirable.
- OSHA 30-hour required.
- Valid driver's license required.
