Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced and confident Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead major heavy civil construction work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team that takes pride in building projects that improve our communities.
Role Overview:
The Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil construction projects-ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and construction methods to meet production, quality, cost, and safety goals.
  • Monitor and direct project teams to ensure progress stays on track and within budget.
  • Manage project financials, including monthly profit and loss statements.
  • Foster teamwork, transparency, and communication across project teams.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
  • Enforce and monitor all safety policies and regulatory compliance on-site.
  • Supervise and mentor field and office project staff.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related major, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least one year of construction supervisory experience preferred. Heavy civil construction experience preferred.
  • FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) or PE (Professional Engineer) certification is desirable.
  • OSHA 30-hour required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
